Oliva Aceite

This was a concept sketch of a girl I was thinking about using in a small little comic story I was thinking about that had to be Mexican in theme (Hot Mexican Love Comics). I ended up going with a completely different story and style than this. But at the time I wanted to do a Popeye type of comic in idea only. I love how simple those cartoons are. Basicly there was a girl and 2 guys are always fighting over her, with the main guy being small and the other guy beefy. I would add the guy to this blog but sadly he was drawn on animation paper.
Enjoy everyone, and have a great day.

Hearts

Hello! New contributor here. Here's one I did today for V-Day.

Page of mini-post-its

Someone else posted a page, so I feel better about putting up a batch. I scanned many of them years ago, drawing them while working on jobs I worked to pay the rent.

post-o-rama

A whole bunch, done today! A robot, my favorite Acme product, an excited teen waiting for SKULLTUSK's new album, the (fictional) SKULLTUSK band logo, a happy cyclops, and a kid spewing nonsense. Enjoy!

The Federal Reserve Owns You

interviewed on radio free nation...

thanks to the shout out on blogs of note, Martin Owings (Host of Radio Free Nation
Independent Digital Talk Radio
) contacted me wanting to do an interview for his podcast.

it was a pretty painless procedure, so a few hours after talking to him on the phone he had posted it via the magiks of the interzone and pod-a-sphere. instant gratification!

listen to it here!

cheers!

the post it note project !?!

it looks like i'm not the only one doing post-its. Fiona Harding been busy drawing post-its. she drew 100 in japan which you can see here. and she's starting a guerilla art post-it project which we should all participate if we can. you can view the details on her sight. (i found out about fiona's project through a great sight called drawn which post links to interesting artist blogs and websights)
